The instructor will present a thorough step-by-step action plan outlining how to work with Buyers and Sellers from the moment the agent makes initial contact with the prospect; how to determine if the prospect is a lead, how to convert the lead to a client, how to assist the client in their real estate needs, how to get the transaction closed, and how to keep that client for life after the closing. The Student will leave this class with an understanding of how to provide customer service to turn a prospect into a client for life.
