75 Hour Georgia Real Estate Pre license course $475.00. This course consists of 10 sessions plus a proctored final exam. Successful completion fulfills the prerequisite to sit for the Georgia Real Estate License Exam.

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of Real Estate and its principals. Students will be able to apply theories and principals to their real estate business. Also students will learn basic mathematical formulas that are used in most Real Estate transactions.

This Salesperson pre-license course provides the student with the information needed to prepare so that they can pass the Georgia state real estate exam. Topics covered include: Basic terminology and concepts, the many facets of title and ownership of real estate, law and procedures that govern a real estate agent, financial aspects of the real estate business. This course complies with GREC Rule 520-2-.04 (6) (b).
